  • Preferably a graduate of a top Philippine law school
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience at a major full-service law firm and/or as corporate counsel focusing on compliance issues ideally, with both law firm and in-house legal department experience
  • Acquires experience in labor law and litigation practice aside from contracts and transactional law
  • Obtains exposure to international business environment in highly regulated sector (e.g. power, mining, banking, construction)
  • Acquires skill in reasoning, problem solving and risk analysis
  • Knowledgeable in the US FCPA and similar anti-bribery/anti-corruption
    laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Preferably a graduate of BA/BS in Engineering or a technical discipline from a renowned university or a degree in Marketing, English, Communications with equivalent knowledge of 5+ years of applicable technical experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in proposals (RFP response and proposal developed) or in a project engineer or project management capacity in the construction, oil and gas, power, mining or related industrial sectors is required. International exposure desirable
  • Self-motivated, dynamic individual with a meticulous work ethic and high attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
  • Flexible to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a very dynamic work environment. Ability to meet strict deadlines 100% of the time
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing or corporate communications, public relations, marketing and related fields
  • Acquires strong attention to details, able to work flexible hours and deal with people at all levels in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in oral and written communications
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in the field of Human Resources or Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits and Performance Management, Training and Development, Data Management and Resourcing
  • Acquires experience in HR systems development and in the implementation of major HR programs
  • Supervises HR Specialists
  • Graduate of any Engineering course
  • At least 5 years of experience in Procurement or similar field
  • High level of computer literacy including MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight schedules
  • Excellent understanding on efficient materials flow and best practices
  • Strong track record of negotiating procurement/buying terms
  • Experience in dealing with global suppliers
  • At least high school graduate
  • With National Certificate 2 (NC II)
  • At least 5 years of experience in scaffolding construction
  • Good interpersonal relations, decision making and communication skills
  • Proficient in scaffolding standard
